陈宣雨，男，管理学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。在FT50、ABS 4、ABS 3等国内外知名期刊发表论文多篇。参与多项国家级和省部级课题。

Dr. Chen Xuanyu is an Assistant Professor and Master’s Supervisor at the School of Business, Beijing Technology and Business University. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Renmin University of China in 2021 and was a joint-training doctoral student at the Herbert Business School, University of Miami. His research has been published in leading international journals such as the Journal of Management Studies (FT50, ABS 4), Journal of Business Research (ABS 3), and International Review of Economics and Finance, as well as in prominent Chinese journals. He has participated in multiple national and provincial-level research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His main research interests cover strategic management, digital transformation, information disclosure, and institutional theory.
